Privacy policy

Effective September 2, 2026.

BuyReady audits only public website URLs that a user explicitly supplies. To perform an audit, it requests the supplied site's public homepage, robots.txt, llms.txt, and public agent-discovery files. It does not authenticate to the site, bypass access controls, or request private pages.

Data we process

The service processes the submitted website URL and the resulting public-site checks. MCP audit URLs and results are not retained as audit records. The interactive web interface may retain audit URLs and results in its workspace history; records older than 90 days are deleted when that workspace next records an audit. For purchases, Stripe processes payment details; BuyReady receives and retains the Checkout Session identifier, payment amount and status, buyer email, submitted website URL, and generated pack so the buyer can return to the delivery page. BuyReady never receives or stores full payment-card numbers. The service also keeps a rolling log of at most 5,000 requests containing timestamp, user agent, requested path, country, network number, Cloudflare data-center code, and verified-bot category. It does not store visitor IP addresses or MCP conversation transcripts.

Purpose and recipients

Data is used to return the requested audit, fulfill paid orders, provide repeat access to purchased files, prevent abuse, and measure service reliability. Public URL requests are sent to the website being audited. Payment processing is provided by Stripe and infrastructure by Cloudflare. Data is not sold and is not used for cross-site behavioral advertising.

Controls

Do not submit a URL you are not authorized to test. To request access to or deletion of retained audit or order data, email riley@agentexchange.work with the audited domain, approximate date, and Stripe receipt reference. Requests are verified before action is taken; legally required accounting records may be retained.
